Cash Flow Forecast

Immediate Action: Creation of a cash flow forecast. This will initially be revised weekly. This ensures that the company remains liquid, as any other measure would be useless if no funds are available. The cash flow model will be continuously modified to optimize its accuracy.

Bank Accounts

The cash flow forecast will only be accurate if the underlying bank balances are correct. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that online access and the real-time interface to the ERP system are functioning properly to retrieve daily balances. Furthermore, it is crucial to ensure that daily account reconciliation is performed using this information.

Liabilities

We review all current liabilities and conduct a comprehensive analysis of all supplier accounts from the past year with accounts payable. The goal: to gain a better understanding of the type, amount, and timing of payments. This information is very useful for improving the accuracy of the cash flow forecast.

Receivables

We review all current receivables accounts with accounts receivable and additionally check all major customers, even if there are no outstanding receivables at the moment. This provides the perfect overview of incoming payments for the cash flow forecast.
